From 1995 to the present, Newmans, Ltd. has been part of the square’s revival. We created the first sketches of the new traffic flow, and eventually were commissioned to recreate the Nineteen Century horse trough as the centerpiece of the restoration. Click here to see the Horse Trough Fountain.
