We treat mechanisms and works of art that come from Non-Western cultures by analyzing the culture, materials and techniques used by the original craftsman. Through discussion with our clients, we agree which elements of the pieces require treatment. With a respect for the original creator and cultural context, we may design and construct new parts. We then finish the pieces and make them ready for the owner to display.
